What you will do
- Run hiring from job post to offer: the application inbox, scheduling and follow-up.
- Set up onboarding and offboarding for a remote team.
- Keep people records, policies and documentation accurate and private.
- Coordinate payroll, contractors and compliance with outside providers.
- Be someone teammates can come to about anything to do with work.
What you bring
- Experience as an HR or people operations generalist, ideally at an early-stage company.
- Hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Working knowledge of employment practice for remote teams in more than one place.
- Discretion with personal information.
- Clear writing and careful organisation.
Nice to have
- Applicant tracking and HR information systems.
- Hiring software engineers.
- A recognised HR certification.
