FloorGen is a free floor plan, 3D and drawings studio that runs in the browser. People draw homes in feet and inches, walk through them in 3D, check rooms and stairs against the IRC and print scaled plan sets, with no download and no account to start.
A plan, in the browser
Walls snap and rooms close as you draw. The same plan gives the 3D view, square footage per room, schedules and print sets in PDF and DXF.
FloorGen AI in the editor
Ask for a change or drop a photo of a sketch. Each change lands on the plan as a step with its own Undo.
An MCP server for your AI
Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can read and edit the same plan through the same tools as the editor, inside limits the user sets.
