Every student gets a paid FloorGen plan for the year, assigned by email from your own portal. Pick a seat type and set your class size to see what one seat costs, then pay by card or ask us for an invoice.

Run the year from your portal
- Choose and pay. Set the seats for each seat type above. Checkout is by Paddle, our reseller, which sends the receipt and a tax invoice. Prefer an invoice or a purchase order? Contact us.
- Assign by email. From your institute portal, paste students' emails or upload a CSV. Each student signs in with that email and the plan is theirs until your term ends.
- Change any time. Add seats during the year, priced for the rest of it, move a student to another seat type, or take a seat back and give it to someone else.
Billing and privacy
- Billing. Yearly, and it renews automatically. Cancel, and the seats run to the end of the year you paid for.
- Pay by. Card, or invoice on request.
- Refunds. On a first payment, as our refund policy sets out.
- Staff see. Each student's email, name, seat type, when they were last active and the AI credits they used. Never their projects or chats.
Questions
How does billing work?
Seats are a yearly subscription that renews automatically. You can add seats at any time, priced for the rest of the year; change the number or mix of seats for next year; or cancel, and the seats run to the end of the year you paid for. For other terms, contact us.
Can we mix seat types?
Yes. Pick a seat type, set its seats, then pick another: the order keeps both, and every seat in it counts toward the volume discount.
How are seats assigned?
By email, from your institute portal: paste a list or upload a CSV with an email and seat type per row. A student who already has an account gets the plan at once; anyone else gets it when they sign up with that email.
Do students need an account?
Yes, a free FloorGen account with the email you assign. They can make it before or after you assign the seat.
What can institute staff see?
Each student's email, name, seat type, when they were last active and how many AI credits they used. Never their projects or chats. See the privacy policy.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Contact us with the institution, country and seats you want, and we send an invoice through Paddle with your payment terms.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, as our refund policy sets out for a subscription's first payment. Contact us from the email you bought with.
