Plans, limits and codes

Every account starts on the free plan. Open My plan on the projects page to see your plan, how many projects and how much storage you use, and your AI messages today, and to redeem a code.
See your plan
- Step 1: Go to your projects
Open the projects page. In the editor, use All projects in the account menu.
- Step 2: Open My plan
Click My plan at the foot of the sidebar, under Agents & MCP.
- Step 3: Read the meters
The dialog names your Current plan and when it ends, then shows Projects, Storage, AI messages today and AI tokens today against their limits.
Default limits

If something is not in your plan, FloorGen says so when you try it, for example Sharing is not in your plan or Exports are not in your plan.
Redeem a code
- Step 4: Find the code box
In My plan, look for Have a code? at the bottom. It shows when codes can be redeemed on your account.
- Step 5: Enter it
Type or paste the code and click Redeem. The dialog says whether it worked.
- Step 6: Check what it gave
A code gives either a plan or AI credits. A plan code updates the plan name and limits at once; a plan from a code may have an end date, after which the account moves back to Free. A credits code leaves your plan as it is: the dialog says how many credits were added and until when, and they show under Credits in My plan.

Questions
Does a shared project use my storage?
Only if you own it. A project someone shared with you counts toward the owner’s projects and storage.
Is FloorGen free?
Yes. Drawing, furnishing, 3D and checks work without an account. A free account adds exports, sync, sharing, FloorGen AI and agents.
Where is My plan for a guest?
Guests have no plan. Sign in to see one.
I redeemed a code and my plan did not change. Did it work?
If the dialog said credits were added, yes: that was a credits code. It adds AI credits for some days and never changes the plan.
