An Open in FloorGen link opens the project an agent worked on, in the editor. If the project has not reached this device yet, FloorGen waits for your account to sync it and tells you if it cannot.
Claude, ChatGPT and other agents connected over MCP add the link to their answer when they describe, render, check or create a project. It looks like https://floorgen.app/projects?utm_source=…#/p/<id>. A link ending in /3d opens the 3D view.
Open a link
- Step 1: Click the link
Open it in a browser. You can use another device or browser than the one the agent used.
- Step 2: Wait a moment
If you are signed in, FloorGen syncs your account and then opens the project. This can take a few seconds.
- Step 3: Edit as usual
The project opens in the editor. See what the agent changed in Activity and revert.
If you are signed out
- Signed out, FloorGen takes you to sign-in and keeps the link for 30 minutes. After you sign in, the project opens. See Sign in and sync.
- As a guest, the page says “Sign in to open this project. It’s saved in a FloorGen account.” Click Sign in. Your guest projects move into the account.
If it does not open

| This project isn't in the account you're signed in with ([email protected]). | The link belongs to another account, or the project was deleted. Sign in with the account the agent used. |
| This project's saved data is damaged and can't be opened. | A fresh link opens the same project, so it will not help. Restore an earlier version or checkpoint, or import a backup of the project. |
The shown email is the one you are signed in with. Use Back to projects to leave the page.
Questions
Can someone else open my link?
Only if they sign in to an account that has the project. A link does not share the project. To invite people, see Share a project.
The link opened the plan, but I wanted 3D.
A link ending in /3d opens the 3D view. Without it, the editor opens on the plan.
The agent gave no link.
Ask it to give you the Open in FloorGen link. You can also find the project on the projects page once your account has synced.
